At De Galo restaurant, the first time we introduce "Food and Wine Pairing". It is the convergence of the strong yeast aftertaste with each different dish, in order to make the journey of enjoying our beautiful cuisine more sublime and delicate by stimulating your taste and touch in the boldest way

Dishes are designed by Master Chef Pham Tuan Hai and super chef Nguyen Van Tu follow the style of Euro Asian cuisine
